By accessing or using SkailarHost's game server hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

SkailarHost provides game server hosting services for various games including but not limited to Minecraft, ARK: Survival Ascended, and FiveM. Our services include server setup, maintenance, and technical support.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all servers, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to internet outages, hardware failures, or software issues.

SkailarHost reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes to the Services.

To use our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated. SkailarHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate or outdated information.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 16, you must have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

By subscribing to our Services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors.

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, depending on your selected billing cycle. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms.

If we are unable to process your payment, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, and we will charge tax when required to do so.

SkailarHost reserves the right to change pricing at any time. We will provide at least 2 days' notice before any price changes take effect for existing subscribers.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for all content and activity on your game server.

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Distributing malware or engaging in hacking activities
• Engaging in activities that disrupt or interfere with our Services or servers
• Hosting content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other servers or networks

SkailarHost reserves the right to monitor server usage and remove any content or suspend any server that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

All content, features, and functionality of our website and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by SkailarHost or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your content hosted on our servers. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you host on our servers and that such content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkailarHost and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to SkailarHost for the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

SkailarHost does not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any loss of data or content stored on your server. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you will lose access to all Services, and we may delete all data associated with your account.

SkailarHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. We may terminate your account for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or if your usage poses a security risk.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Italy. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

SkailarHost reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services after the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
